A magic link is a secure, one-time log in link sent to your email address. Instead of entering a password, you simply tap the link to log into your Tempo account.
How do I enable magic links?
Enabling magic links is quick and easy:
Go to the ‘Me’ tab in the app.
Tap on ‘Security’
Tap on ‘Magic link’.
Tap ‘Turn on magic link’.
Use Face ID/PIN.
Once enabled, the next time you log in you’ll be sent a magic link to your email address instead of a password.
Can I still use my password after enabling magic links?
No. Once you enable magic links, your password is no longer used to sign in.
Can I switch back to using a password?
Yes. You can turn off magic links and return to signing in with a password at any time.
To switch back:
Go to the ‘Me’ tab in the app.
Tap on ‘Security’
Tap ‘Magic link’.
Tap ‘Continue’ on the next screen
Enter a new password on the ‘Reset password’ screen.
Verify your email address.
Once you've set a new password, you'll be able to log in using your email address and password again.
What if I don't receive my magic link email?
We recommend you try the following:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you're using the email address linked to your Tempo account
Wait a few minutes, as email delivery can occasionally be delayed
Tap ‘Resend magic link’ in the app to request a new link.
If you've requested multiple magic links, use the most recent email you receive.
Can I use magic links on multiple devices?
Yes. You can log in any device using a magic link sent to your email.
For the best experience, open the magic link on the device where you want to access your Tempo account. We recommend opening the link on your mobile phone or tablet, as Tempo isn't available on desktop or laptop devices.

Yes. Magic links are designed to be a secure way to access your account. Each link is unique and can only be used to log in once. Magic links offer a safer way to log in and help protect against common security risks like reused or stolen login details.
