When we have something important to tell you, we often let you know via a push notification. For example: when we recommend an update to your fund mix or you make a deposit. To receive a push notification from us, you first need to allow them on your phone.
There are two ways to turn on Tempo notifications: in your Tempo app and on your device.
How to turn on notifications in your Tempo app
It’s simple and fast to turn on notifications in your Tempo app:
Open your app.
Tap on the 'Me' section at the bottom of your Home screen.
Tap on 'Notifications', which will turn them on.
Turning on notifications on your phone
There are slight differences between iPhone and Android phones, and even Android devices. But essentially, it's a very similar process to turn on notifications on your device.
Turning on notifications for iPhones
Open your device’s Settings app.
Tap on 'Notifications'.
Find and tap the Tempo app.
Tap on 'Allow notifications'.
