Setting up a Tempo Joint account starts with opening a Personal account. After that, you'll complete a few more steps with our Customer Support team.
Step 1: Open a Personal account
If you haven't already, the first thing you and your co-investor need to do is each open a Tempo Personal account. Our guide How to set up a Tempo Personal account will help you get started.
Step 2: Get in touch with Customer Support
Once both Personal accounts are set up, the next step is to get in touch with our Customer Support team. They’ll help you open a joint Tempo account.
Before you get in touch, please make sure:
You've chosen the bank account where we'll send any withdrawals (individual or joint accounts are okay)
You have an email address both investors can access
Once you're ready, get in touch with Customer Support at help@tempo.co.nz.
