How to set up a Tempo Joint account

Setting up a Tempo Joint account starts with opening a Personal account. After that, you'll complete a few more steps with our Customer Support team.

Step 1: Open a Personal account

If you haven't already, the first thing you and your co-investor need to do is each open a Tempo Personal account. Our guide How to set up a Tempo Personal account will help you get started.

Step 2: Get in touch with Customer Support

Once both Personal accounts are set up, the next step is to get in touch with our Customer Support team. They’ll help you open a joint Tempo account.

Before you get in touch, please make sure:

  • You've chosen the bank account where we'll send any withdrawals (individual or joint accounts are okay)

  • You have an email address both investors can access
